Three-week course

Congratulations on completing week 1 of the course!

Start with the motivation. This is the last day of the first week, please only rest, or lie on the floor near a wall in Viparita karani pose, or legs on the wall to boost the immune system because limph from your legs can flow down to the rest of the body. It also helps to relax deep muscles responsible for storing stress in the body (consult with a doctor if you have any serious health problems).
