Welcome to DAY 5 of week 1 of the course!

As before reconnecting to the motivation.

The sequence is a little bit more challenging. Also today we will focus on memorising the sequence. You can imagine doing the sequence yourself, or even try the first and last pose in the sequence. We don't encourage you to do inverted poses in the first week of the course. Particularly you may not be ready for Viparita Karani. Although the pose looks similar to Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), it puts less stress on shoulders and neck and is much milder.

As there are two relatively deep backbends in the sequence, it is very invigorating. Try if just doing it in your mind has a similar effect. :)
